Meet Belén

I Know What It Means to Build and Run a Real Business.

I’m Belén Díez, founder of Oak & Compass Partners. For more than 13 years, I have built and operated my own service business—managing customers, systems, finances, marketing, teams, and the constant decisions that come with ownership.

That experience shapes how I advise. I do not begin with software, jargon, or a prepackaged solution. I begin with the owner’s real problem, look for the gap underneath it, and build practical structure around the outcome that matters.

Oak & Compass exists to help good businesses become easier to find, better at turning opportunity into revenue, and less dependent on the owner for every decision.

What guides the work

Clarity. Structure. Freedom.

These are not abstract values. They are the sequence we use to create meaningful change.

CLARITY

See the Real Problem

Separate symptoms from the constraint that actually matters.

STRUCTURE

Build What Supports Growth

Create clear processes, ownership, and visibility.

FREEDOM

Create Better Choices

Help the business serve the owner—not consume them.

PARTNERSHIP

Work Beside the Owner

Practical thinking, honest questions, and calm follow-through.
